NorTex AI Experts is the public-facing brand of Ascentia Tech Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Denton, TX. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://nortexaiexperts.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• When you submit our contact form. We collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the contents of your message. We use this only to reply to your inquiry and to maintain any business relationship that follows.
• When you email us directly. If you write to hello@nortexaiexperts.com or another address on our domain, we receive and retain the contents of your email and any attachments you send.

We do not use website analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, deliver services if you become a client, send relevant project communications, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Service providers

We use a small set of trusted third-party services to operate this site and our email. Each provider processes information only as needed to deliver its service:

• Netlify — hosts the website and receives contact form submissions. See Netlify's privacy policy.
• ImprovMX — forwards email sent to addresses on our domain to our team inbox. See ImprovMX's privacy policy.
• Google (Gmail) — hosts the inbox where we read and reply to your messages. See Google's privacy policy.
• GoDaddy — is the registrar for our domain. It does not process contact form data or email contents.

How long we keep information

We keep contact submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to maintain the business relationship or to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your choices" below).

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nortexaiexperts.com with your request and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will honor those rights to the extent they apply.

Security

We rely on the security practices of the service providers listed above and use reasonable safeguards on our own systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
